About Martin Ogg ART
I am based in Central Scotland selling unique artwork made from three materials: hot pressed watercolour paper, Blackwing Matte, and watercolour varnish. I don't specifically go out to choose a theme, but grouped, they probably represent uncertainty, alienation and tension.
